Dear readers,
Middle-earth is a lovely place and full of many interesting things but the pace of publishing so many articles has finally overwhelmed us. Also, the disruption in service at Middle-earth Radio (which is now back online at a temporary address) and related Websites made it impractical to continue promoting the Middle-earth Talk Radio episodes and online journals.
At this time we plan to halt the publishing of new articles until February 27, 2012. That should give us time to build up our editorial calendar and think about what should be changed on this Website.
Meanwhile, thank you all for your support. The response to this Website has been extremely supportive and we very much appreciate it.
We will still publish a weekly recap on Sunday, February 12.
Thank you for all the hard work that goes into providing the content for the middle-earth site. You help sustain– and even extend–, Tolkien’s vast and wondrous imaginative realm in the hearts and minds of your readers. I look forward to the resumption of publishing at the end of this month.

I have to admit I am surprised I made it this far myself. I have never published this many articles on any one Website in so short a time before. Thanks for the comments.
